AstroEssentials: From Chart to Map – Participant Agreement
This Coaching Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of date signed and between ____________________ (“Client”), and KJ Atlas Astrology LLC (“Company”). The Client and the Company are individually referred to as “Party” and may be collectively referred to as the “Parties.”

Recitals
WHEREAS, Company offers coaching and educational services (“Coaching Services”) provided by Company to the Client;

WHEREAS, the Client seeks to join Company’s AstroEssentials: From Chart to Map program and gain instruction and consultation by Company;

NOW, THEREFORE, by signing up with Company, and in consideration of the foregoing, of the mutual covenants contained in this Agreement, and of other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the Parties hereto, intending to be legally bound, hereby agree as follows:

1. Expectations and Responsibilities
The Company’s role is to provide professional astrological instruction and guidance throughout the AstroEssentials: From Chart to Map program.

Program Details:
– Eight (8) weeks of live instruction taught by KJ Atlas.
– Sessions held via Zoom at 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time on Wednesdays, from September 24, 2025 through November 5, 2025.
– Sessions may be recorded and shared at the discretion of the Company.

The Client’s role is to:
– Be on time for sessions.
– Be present and free from distraction.
– Take responsibility for personal notes, learning, and takeaways.
– Provide the Company with feedback on what is working or not.
– Notify Company of scheduling conflicts more than 48 hours in advance as a courtesy.

If the Client experiences technical issues, they may contact the Company’s manager at info@kjatlas.com for assistance.

2. Communication
If the Client needs to reach Company between sessions, communication should be directed via email. The Company will make reasonable efforts to respond within twenty-four (24) business hours, Monday through Friday.

3. Investment
Client is investing in the AstroEssentials: From Chart to Map Program at one of the following payment options:

Pay in Full: $1,350 USD
Payment Plan: $500 x 3 monthly payments (total $1,500 USD)
By enrolling, Client acknowledges financial willingness and ability to invest in this Program. Client understands there is a strict no refund policy for this Program.

Payments are due upon enrollment (or monthly for payment plans). If Client chooses a payment plan, each subsequent payment is due 30 days after the preceding payment.

4. Authorization and Receipt
If Client pays in full via debit or credit card, Client will receive an electronic receipt. If Client uses a payment plan, Client agrees to automatic monthly payments.

5. Missed Payment
If payment is not received by the due date, Client will be notified by e-mail and have a three (3) day grace period to complete payment. During this time, Program admission will be placed on hold. If payment is not made within the grace period, Client’s enrollment will terminate and remaining sessions will be forfeited.

6. Termination
Client may stop the Program at any time with thirty (30) days’ written notice but remains responsible for all fees corresponding to Program time completed.

The Company may terminate the Agreement at any time if the Client breaches contract or policies. No refunds will be provided for breach of contract. Should termination occur at no fault of Client, a pro-rated refund will be issued.

7. Confidentiality
All information exchanged between the Parties will be kept strictly confidential, unless disclosure is required by law, ethics, or written authorization.

8. Intellectual Property & Use Restrictions
All content provided by Company to Client (collectively, “Content”), including but not limited to graphics, slides, recordings, transcripts, and other educational materials, is Company’s exclusive property.

Client is granted a limited license to access and use Content for personal educational purposes only. Client may not:

Copy, reproduce, or distribute Content in any form.
Use Content to train, program, fine-tune, or otherwise develop artificial intelligence systems or models.
Resell, publish, or share Content outside of their private learning.
Any unauthorized use will result in immediate termination of access without refund and may lead to legal action.

9. Personal Responsibility & Assumption of Risk
Client acknowledges full responsibility for their own choices, actions, and outcomes before, during, and after the Program. The Company provides information for educational purposes only and does not guarantee results.

10. Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Force Majeure, Indemnification
(All terms remain as in the original Agreement, preserved in full.)

11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Parties agree to binding arbitration in California if disputes cannot be resolved informally. Governing law remains California, United States.

12. Non-Disparagement & Non-Solicitation
Parties agree not to disparage one another. Client agrees not to solicit Company’s employees, contractors, or affiliates.

13. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties.

Agreement & Acknowledgement
By checking the box at checkout, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement in full. The Program will not begin until payment has been received.
